Shipping & Delivery

Maintenance requests may take up to 15 business days from the date the product is collected from the customer's location.

Please note that customers are entitled to a free storage grace period of up to 10 days from the scheduled delivery date. During this period, the customer's order can be stored free of charge. If the customer confirms a collection or delivery appointment but is unable to receive the order, a storage fee of 5 % will be charged for each week after the specified free storage period ends. If the customer wishes to change the collection or delivery appointment, they must contact the delivery representative or customer service and request a postponement at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

The maximum storage period after the initial 10 days is 14 days. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled, and the order value will be refunded after deducting any additional costs.

In the event of a failed delivery, refusal to receive the order, or inability to complete the delivery, the order will be canceled within a maximum of 10 days from the shipping date.

Shipping & Delivery Time During the National Day campaign

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the customer's location and the size of the products ordered, as follows:

Large Products (Furniture):

Riyadh: 10 to 12 business days.

Areas (Dammam, Khobar, Hafr Al Batin, Jeddah, Madinah, Al Ahsa): 12 to 14 business days.

Remote Areas: 14 to 20 business days.

Small Products:

Riyadh: 5 to 6 business days.

Areas (Dammam, Khobar, Hafr Al Batin, Jeddah, Madinah, Al Ahsa): 6 to 7 business days.

Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are calculated based on business days and may vary slightly depending on the delivery location and shipping and delivery conditions.
