Return & Cancellation

If the product has a manufacturing defect 

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product that contains a manufacturing defect, provided that the product is in its original condition, with the purchase invoice,  within 3  days from the date of purchase. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after In House receives the product and ensures that it complies with the conditions:

    Recovering the value of the product via bank transfer, and this procedure takes 7 - 14 days Work.

    Replacing the damaged product with the same product with the same discount that the customer received during 24   Hour.

If the product does not have a manufacturing defect 

In House customers have the right to exchange or return the product, provided that the product is packaged, in its original condition, and unused, with the purchase invoice, within 3  Days from the date of receipt of the product, and in this case the customer bears the shipping expenses to the In-House warehouse / Riyadh (the shipping value is deducted from the order value). The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after In-House receives the product and ensures that it conforms to the conditions:

    Recovering the value of the product via bank transfer, and this procedure takes 7-14 Business days.

    Replace the product with another product of the same value within 24< span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:107%;"> an hour, and when the value varies, the difference will be paid.

Exchange or return steps:

1-      Communication will be made on the unified number 920000216  And create a return or exchange request.

2-      The In House team sends a representative to receive the product (if the product is a lounge chair, mattresses, beds, sofas) ,

3-      If the following products were purchased from an In House showroom (mattresses, felt, pillows, towels, bed accessories), the product must be returned or exchanged from the same showroom /span>

Terms and Conditions for the Exchange and Return Policy:

1-       imageAll of the following items are excluded from the exchange and return policy unless there is a manufacturing defect:

-     Products Furniture: (recliner, recliner sets, bed frame, sofas, sofa sets).

-     < span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:107%;">Sleeping mattresses.

-     < span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:107%;">Sleeping pillows if they are removed from their plastic compression bag.

-     Towels, sheets and bathrobes for hygienic reasons.  

2-       In the event that the customer discovers any manufacturing defect in these products, furniture products (relaxing chair, bed frame, sofas , sleeping mattresses, etc.),   The product is received from the customer’s site through In House’s logistics services, the necessary maintenance is performed on it, and then it is returned to the customer’s site. 3-       If the customer purchases from the website, he is not entitled to exchange or return in In House showrooms.

4-       If there are deficiencies in any application, they must be reported within 3 Days from receipt of order.  

5-       The customer has the right to cancel the order within 48  An hour from the date the order is completed, unless the order is shipped within this period, in which case the order cannot be cancelled.
