- After placing orders for furniture or sleeping mattresses at In House showrooms or the website, they are delivered to the customer’s site within 14 to 20 working days.

-We would like to note that the customer has a grace period for free storage of up to 10 days from the specified delivery date. During this period, the customer can enjoy free storage of his order without charging any fees. Note that if the receipt date is confirmed and this is not possible, a 10% storage fee will be charged for each week after the end of the specified free period. If the customer wishes to change the pickup or delivery time, please contact the delivery official or customer service and request a postponement a maximum of 48 hours before receiving the order.< /p>

- The maximum storage period after 10 days is 14 days, after which the order is automatically canceled and the order value is refunded, minus additional costs.

- Maintenance requests take a maximum of 20 working days from the date of receipt of the product from the customer’s site.

- The shipping cost is 25 riyals to all regions of the Kingdom for products that weigh no more than 20 kilograms.

- The shipping cost is 250 riyals for all furniture products weighing more than 20 kilograms, except for the areas shown below.

- The shipping cost is 400 riyals for all orders that contain a bed product, except for the areas shown below.

- The shipping cost is 600 riyals for all orders containing sofa sets or chair sets, except for the areas shown below.

- Free shipping for orders over 250 riyals required to one of the regions shown below.

- In the event of a failure to deliver or deliver, or refusal to receive the order, it will be canceled within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of shipment.
